Planning allows the County to coordinate resources to assist the needs of our community as quickly and efficiently as possible.

However, the nature of disaster itself means there will not be enough resources to help everyone who needs help.

The County relies heavily on partnerships with other localities, private corporations, and volunteer groups to make effective disaster response in the County a reality.
