Serves as an advisory body of the Board of Supervisors; serves as a liaison between the Department of Parks and Recreation and the citizens of Accomack; consults with and advises the County Administrator, the Parks and Recreation Department and the Board of Supervisors in matters affecting open space, parks and recreation policies, programs, finances and the acquisition and disposal of lands and properties related to the total community. |
