Accomack County utilizes BoardDocs, which is a web-based system that provides a means for immediately publishing and revising meeting agenda items and supporting documents and for posting Board of Supervisors and Planning Commission meeting agendas. This innovative system allows the administration to quickly and easily create, approve and track agenda items and other correspondence. BoardDocs allows the County to provide greater access to meeting agendas for all parties involved.

The Planning Commission holds its regular monthly meeting on the second Wednesday of every month. Meetings begin at 7:00 p.m. and are usually held in the Board Chambers located in the Accomack County Administration Building at 23296 Courthouse Avenue, in Accomac, Virginia. Work sessions are held on an as-needed basis on the fourth Tuesday of the month. Work sessions begin at 7:00 p.m. and are usually held in the School Board Conference Room, which is also located in the Accomack County Administration Building. *Meeting dates and locations are subject to change.
