NAME OF PUBLIC BODY 

Quinby Boat Harbor Committee

PURPOSE

To diligently conduct and enforce the rules and regulations of the Quinby Boat Harbor ordinance for the best interest of the Federal project and the public, both commercial and recreational.

ENABLING LEGISLATION

US Army Corps of Engineers Continuing Authorities Program.  Code of Virginia Section 62.1-148 re local cooperation.  See 62.1-149 for examples.
