PURPOSE |
The Committee shall serve in an advisory capacity and shall provide independent review and oversight of the County’s and the School Board’s financial reporting processes and their internal controls. The committee shall also review the external auditor’s report and follow up on management’s corrective action, and compliance with laws, regulations, and ethics. |
