The Annual Comprehensive Financial Report  (financial report) is prepared by the Finance Department in accordance with the standards of financial reporting as prescribed by the Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB), the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB), and the Auditor of Public Accounts of the Commonwealth of Virginia (APA). The financial report is a detailed presentation of the county’s financial position and activities for the fiscal year. The following financial reports are available for download. Because of their length and complexity they can be quite large and can take significant time to download.
