PURPOSE |
To grant leases or permits for the use or occupancy of land in the boat harbor tract. To direct where houseboats and monitors are tied up, where pleasure craft shall be moored or anchored, and where seafood-industry boats are moored, anchored, or drawn up. To levy fees and disposition of same. To direct, control, and/or prohibit vehicular and vessel traffic. |
