| PURPOSE |
|
To comply with the Children's Services Act which requires that each local government, or combination of governments, establish a Community Policy and Management Team to coordinate agency efforts to manage available funds from the State Pool Fund and to ensure that eligible youths receive access to services. Also, the act requires the formation of local Family Assessment and Planning Teams for the purpose of reviewing and assessing children and families referred for services and for developing individualized family service plans and providing recommendations for funding. |
